    I have a completely different experience than others reviewing here. Yes, I was skeptical at first, but gave Local Search Group a shot, seeing I needed a lot of help. They got my listing up and running in just under 3 weeks when I wasnt able to myself in over 4 months. Ive had no issues contacting them (which is big for me because I have a lot of questions). They answer each time I call. Thanks again Local Search Group!

    This company is a total ****. After taking my money and claiming a few times they were working on the problem of getting my website listed properly in ****** Search listings, I called them to account and they stopped responding. Their customer service number no longer works (coincidentally after I tried calling them to ask for their corporate address in order to file a BBB complaint). BBB reports the company is out of business or their listed address is not working. What bunch of ******** and *******.

    We understand your frustration regarding the situation with our services and the subsequent chargeback initiated with your credit card company. As we've previously communicated, this case is presently in arbitration due to the chargeback involving services that were diligently provided as per our agreed-upon terms.

    To safeguard our merchant processing rights, we've taken the necessary steps by providing your bank with comprehensive documentation. This documentation includes a detailed account of the work executed on your behalf, as well as the contractual agreement you willingly signed. This agreement explicitly outlines the non-refundable nature of funds once the marketing program has commenced, a clause agreed upon without coercion.

    We'd like to reiterate our commitment to resolving this matter amicably. Initially, upon your request for a refund, we were willing to halt the $149 monthly billing until you had recovered the initial costs of entering our program, effectively offering approximately 10 months of complimentary marketing services.
