    July 28, 2022 Contacted Affordable Wildlife Removal, so they could trap whatever was in my attic. Kevin (don't have a last name) after checking out the attic and confirming i had rats, gave me an estimate to get rid of them, $1,200.00.. He told me that the job will consist in trapping the rats, cover all of the hood vents on the roof, the air conditioning chase and do neutralize negative bacteria left from the rats' feces, I contracted him. After that different people came at different times and to do different things. Within a week a rat was caught, i would call them, they would come and get rid of it and place fresh food on the traps, this happened around 4 times. The very last time they came over they found no dead rat, so they decided that was it, i wasn't at the house and didn't informed me of their decision. Less than a week later i heard noises and since then i have called, texted Kevin for months and no answer. Today, 12-06-22 I decided to write to the company through the website and for someone to call or write me back. I told them the story and asked them to send someone with more traps. I was told Kevin was not longer with the company (i was never informed of this) and that i will have to pay them AGAIN for them to get rid of the rats in the same attic, i feel the job was never finished and now they want to charge me like a new job when the original one was never finished. Kevin quit or was fired and left the job unfinished. I do not feel i should pay AGAIN, for a job that was never finished. I will be attaching the receipt and notifications of times scheduling the visits. Contrary to what the person i spoke with today it shows they only went to the house a few times and not the 9, 10 time iike he claims.
