    I have filed several complaints with McDonalds corporate regarding the mcdonalds of ******* and elkcam in *******, yet the franchisee owner either blantantly ignores them or seletes the email from corporate.I cant recall how many times my orders are wrong messed up or just plain wrong food.Example: October 11th I Went Inside mind you and ordered a chicken big mac meal large with a sweet tea and a 10 piece. After waiting almost 15.mins since the shift leader was allowing his employees to just walk around and not really make fries or gwt on the line to make food I was handed my bag and presumed since it was bagged by a *********** shirt it had to right.... Or was I wrong!I got the sweet tea largs fry n chicken big mac... But in *********** nuggies was a big mac.which means another customer whom ordered a big mac got nuggies or lawd only knows what else

    The McDonald's located on ******************************* is not the McDonald's located at ***********************,  The McDonald's located at *********************** is owned by **************************  The address for that McDonald's is ********************************************  That location is owned by McDonald's Corporation.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is absurd it has taken 32 days and yet your response is diluted as it is impossible to tell if the McDonalds at 131 ******* is franchise or corporate as well as the other McDonalds. Can this organization provide a clear and concise response in less time than 5 weeks

    I do apologize for the time that it took to respond.  Unfortunately the letter was sent to the restaurant and was not sent to me in a timely manner.  I am the Office Manager for ************************* which owns the McDonald's at ************************  The McDonald's at ******* and Elkcam is owned by McDonald's Corporation.  Your complaint sounds to be concerning the McDonald's at ******* and ******.
