    This is our 2nd time hiring AllStarr Rands and once again, we highly recommend this company! ****** took time to listen to our ideas, make suggestions to save us money, plan the layout, and completed the work as promised. He went above and beyond to clear out and install flowers, bushes, edging, mulch, papers, a patio area and even added flowers in our empty pots. Pressure washing the fence and back porch areas was a huge plus! We arrived home after vacation to a peaceful, beautiful backyard, ready to relax for the rest of the summer. We would hire them again without a doubt. ****** does what he says he will do and is the utmost professional.
