  They came and trimmed up some trees across my property and did a fantastic job. They were very quick and efficient.

  What ************ shows up at your property at 3:30 pm to cut down a couple of trees. No one called to tell me they were coming. I was at work when they came, spoke to them via my Ring app. They proceeded to cut down the trees and piled them on both sides of my neighbors and my house. ***** the owner promised my neighbor and myself he would have the debris pick up the next day, I paid but held back some money (not enough) till the debris gets picked up. They never came wont answer mine or my neighbors call. Now a week later had to hire another contractor to remove the debris. I had to pay double what I held back. I learned my ****** the hard way!

  This company needs to stop coming on my property. This is the second time they have ignored a No Soliciting sign that is clearly displayed on my property. I called the company the first time and was given excused. This time Im writing an official complaint. The third time will be a call to law enforcement.

  I have used this company twice over the last year, and on both occasions I was deeply impressed with their performance. Some of the work they did was technically complicated, especially when they had to remove the sprawling limbs of our massive oak from over the screen enclosure of our pool. The crew was professional and considerate and hardly left any trace of their presence on the ground. These guys are professionals, no doubt. If you want great tree work done at a perfectly reasonable price, go with From The Ground Up. You won't be disappointed.

  Have had numerous trees on my property removed from these guys and its always nothing but flawless. The crew was professional and knowledgeable, I would recommend them 100%!

  I think that this company and all concerned are a bunch of thieves and scam artists.I was told that they had insurance .Approximately 3 months ago they agreed to remove two trees in my back yard.I asked That they take care because of my fence,shed,and house being in danger. I was told that the trees would be taken down in sections so as not to cause damage. This was not done ,as soon as *********************** left the site his crew decided to take a shortcut which resulted in my shed being destroyed .At that time I was told about their insurance and that all would be resolved.Shortly after that an independent adjuster came out took pictures of the damage and assured me again that all would be taken care of. Three months later still nothing from insurance,paying for new shed out of my pocket which is almost empty.
