    On December 21, 2023, All American Tree Specialist serviced my neighbor's trees, by coming thru my yard without my knowledge and permission, and in the process left a large rut in my grass. I did not find out until after the fact after my daughter told me that she observed them from her upstairs bedroom, and reviewing my security camera footage later. I confirmed the company with my neighbor. The damage was caused by them using a large Kubota Wheel Loader over my lawn without taking appropriate measures.The next day one of their staff (*****) happened to come up to me passing out business cards, not knowing of the issue and let me know that they were down the street on another job. I came and talked with ****, the owner/boss, and informed him of the damage. By the expression of his face he was annoyed, but said that he would repair the damage, after the New Year. I sent him via text message, e-mail, Nextdoor messaging, and ******** messaging many messages after the New Year to ensure he had my contact information and to find out when his people would undo the damage.Over two months passed when I finally got a message on March 9, 2024, stating that they would come to fix the damage and asked which phone number would be good to contact me. I sent them the information, and since then NOTHING!I want them to return and fix the rut that they left in my yard.

    I have been in contact with the owner of the company and the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.  Please **** this complaint as being settled satisfactory.
