I have pictures of work being ************ would not let me add any more pictures. As you can see, I have text messages from her text message.Just between the two of us and signed contracts. We agreed to remove the oak tree at fifty five hundred originally, she asked us to have all the stumps, grounded the ***** from the oak that we removed as well as ten other stumps that were in the backyard at the cost of $800, additional. She asked us to remove dirt and level the area. After the stumps were removed at eight additional price of $1500. As you can see, I attached receipts that I paid for the concrete and it has already been fixed. As you can see between the text messages of her and I, she decided to have somebody else put up her fence because I would not do it at the low price of $500. We did put the fence back where it was. After removing the tree, she removed the tree. In order to move the fence back and gain more property. She did not have an offense to simply move it back.A couple feet where she wanted it. We put it back in place where it was prior to our removal. And she said she would get somebody else to redo the fence where she would like it to be, because we did not come to a agreement on price. She wrote us a check for $5000. For partial payment on the tree removal. She then gave me another check of 2300 which was the remaining five hundred dollars balance of the tree removal eight hundred dollars for the ***** grinding and a thousand dollars for the leveling and removal of dirt in her back.As you can see, these allegations are false. I have receipts for the concrete text messages of the payments, what they were for and that they were willingly given. I don't appreciate the slander. And i'm considering legal actions because I will be losing business due to her false allegations.

I do not understand how this came back unresolved. When the complaint was her concrete, which I provided evidence that was fixed and paid for by me tree pros plus.
Also, the ***** grinding and oak tree removal was included in the $5500 estimate. The ***** for the oak tree. She had us grind 11 more stumps. At additional cost, which I sent over proof of text messages between me and her discussing this and her wanting me to have those grinded. And I also sent over evidence receipts that I paid for them at her request. How can this with all the evidence that i've provided?Be considered unresolved?

This is ******** owner of tree *********
It saddens me that this customer is going out of her way to spread untruthful and vindictive tails, i have previously provided documents receipts improve, showing that the concrete has been repaired by ****************. I provided the initial estimate. The invoice the completion invoice the finalized invoice. My receipt and method of payment. To back up everything that I have stated and am stating now! I also forward it the initial agreement that we would remove the oak tree and grind the ***** for $5500.. Which was completed? She asked us if we could grind the additional 9 stumps. In that surrounding area, we made a new estimate. She signed it, I also forwarded that with my last email. As well as an attached conversation between me and her agrreing to a additional amount for the additional *****, grinding. We even came back and went over the entire area with the ***** grinder, a second time. After completion of the oak removal and all ten stumps being grounded, she asked my company if we could level the area and remove some of the excess dirt, we again made, yet a third separate agreement agreeing $1000 for the process of leveling, and she would be responsible for the cost of dumping the dirt.( i have still not been paid for the dumping fees, which are in excess of $700.) I also sent all conversation and signed agreements with my last email, showing that we agreed that we would put her fence back up in the location it originally was which we did. She wanted us to move it, making her property line larger, which was her ultimate goal, and her reason for removing the tree. I informed her that it would be a additional fee in order for us to move the fence. Because we would have to pour t new concrete, get new fencing as well as new post. She refused and was very upset that I would not do it for free.
She refused to pay for the dumping fees. Because I did not do her fits for free. She is bitter and sour. Because I did not want to do any more free labor at her house.
Also, how would I possibly force someone to give me $1800? It was a check if that were at all.True.Why would she not have stopped payment on it. FYI the last $2300, were paid upon completion of the job so that disproves the entire lie of that, I tried to cohorse her into more money or I would not complete the job. They wrote me that check the day of completion. See pictures that I sent in previous message with dates attached.
My company does not collect any payment. Until completion of the job we were paid after completing the tree removal and ***** grinding, and then we're paid separately for leveling and remaining stumps.
I spoke a lady at the bbb of ***************, I was advised I did not have to re. Attach all documents proving my case that they are on file for this claim. So please refer back to all the attachments on this case. I have attached proof documentation to back up what I am saying. I do not see anything of the sorts from the other party. And honestly, I am hurt to the heart that she is being this vindictive and ugly, because I went above and beyond to try and make her and her husband happy.

This is a message between me and her. Regarding her fence. As you can see in the message, she declined services for us to move her fence to the desired new property line because she did not like my cost.Customer Answer

Above our, the invoice for the concrete repair. The payment receipt for the concrete repair and method of which I paid for the concrete and the date the work was performed by *****************
The better business bureau can contact alpha foundations directly at **************.
I just spoke to him, he's the gentleman that oversaw the job he is willing to testify or send in anything that needs to be in regards for proof that they did come and fix the concrete! I'm not sure if she's sending an old picture. Or there was some new damage done
But the repair was done months ago.
At this point I think the back-and-forth is unnecessary. I have attached all evidence, documentation and proof showing that we did all the work that she paid for and that was on the estimate and agreed upon.I did not do any additional free labor that she requested. And it seems that she is unhappy about that. Again, it truly saddens me because I went above and beyond for her.
