Signed up online to take a phlebotomy class. I thought the class I was going to take would be on February 19th because that is what the website stated. Owner sent me a text asking to contact her. So I did. She stated I could or take the class that day and that she would have some days in March. That she would get back to me and let me know the days. On March 4th I sent an email from the contact us section of her website and asked for a refund stating that I had not heard anything about upcoming dates or times. Ironically she texts me the next day asking if I was coming to class. When I told her she never told me the dates she began arguing with me via text message that she did and she had me written down. However she cannot provide me with any information on where she sent me days and times. I even check my “dashboard” on the website that shows nothing. I have no emails confirming dates and times. And supposedly she never got my email through her contact form but ended up contacting me the day after I sent it? Sounds very scammy to me. She has refused to give me a refund and I have had to block her number from texting me because of harassment.

The student signed up to just take the clinical portion of class as you can see. I had a six minute conversation with her which entailed her having her boss let her off early on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so she could drive over from Panama City. Apparently she did not ask off And is now stating that she emailed me the day before she was supposed to be in class in which I received no emails from her. She also has my phone number and has text me and did not reach out either of those ways. The bottom line is she decided not to come to class and then wanted her money back and which she has signed through her application knowing that there is no refunds. She has called your office. She has slandered my company on every avenue that she could at one point in the text that I have provided you she also made the statement I could come to Panama City and teach her. I also provided you with the last text that stated that I was done and not talking about it anymore with her that evening although she has told y’all that I harassed her, and that she had to block me.  One of the photos I provided is from the website that states the phlebotomy class clinical is the third week of class. Again if she was unsure about her class date I don’t understand why she did not try to call or text me but claims to email me the night before she is supposed to be there, there is also a picture that shows that I told her it was the first week in March. I did offer for her to come Wednesday and Thursday early and that I would work with her and teach her to in which she told me that, as I already knew she had not asked off, so she had no intentions of coming to the clinicals in the first place. It would only let me upload five items but if you are in need of any more information I have more to offer.

    Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I was not given any written instruction or confirmation on when class days and times were. Nothing is posted on a dashboard or website. After 4 weeks from original conversation I was not contacted. No follow up emails, text, or phone call. No class conformation as well. Nothing was said or done for over a month until I contacted her on her website.

    Sincerely,
