    Contract signed 4/12/21, 6,000pd then. 7,000 pd 1/14/22, framing done, 8,000 pd. 1/27/22, contact with Joseph ******* sporadic, lots of apologies about window delays, not having a work crew consistently. Finally late Nov 22, he called and said windows were in. People came first of January to survey work and see if all equipment was on site for installation. He called January 11th to see crew could come next day, unfortunately I had plans to visit family out of town. He said he could come the following week. It is now February 28th. I am unable to reach him by phone or text. Both office and phone numbers have no voice mail set up. Spoke with prior worker who heard he has gone out of business.

    My company entered into a contract with Joseph ******* for work to be performed on 10/10/2022. On 11/28/2022, Mr. ******* came to my office and picked up a check for $ 9,400.00.

    At Home Contracting was to provide Labor and Materials to install an Aluminum Pool Enclosure with Screening. After collecting the deposit of 50% of the agreed amount he did not provide the services as contracted. Further he refused to provide or keep a schedule nor would he answer or return phone calls or emails.

    When Mr. ******* did answer or return a call he would make excuses and promises of when he would be returning to the jobsite but he did not return. Eventually he abandoned the jobsite and we were forced to hire another company to complete the pool enclosure.

    I need to have my Pool Enclosure repaired. Initially I was reaching out to the company mid Jun 22 to repair screening around the pool that came loose along with both door hinges that basically wore out. I was promised the repair would take place once they complete a job in my neighborhood please bear with them because they have new employees. That did not happen. In the meantime 17 Jul 22 I personally damaged my pool enclosure by running into it accidently on a riding lawn mower. I had my insurance company come out to do an estimate it was quick and I received the check with 2 weeks. I call again end of Jul, Aug, and Sep repeatily explaining the damages and repairs needed. Still receiving promises we'll get to you. Finally in early Sept a guy shows up to the house unannounced and looks at the damages. I'm thinking great now we can finally get the ball rolling. A few days later I call the office to find out the status of when I can get the repairs done. I'm told the person who came out actually took pictures and we are now waiting on the parts to come in. I hear nothing in a week or two I call back and get to speak to the owner who is a nice gentleman he's tells me he will get on his person to come out. I hear nothing for another week, so today I call and ask when are they going to come out and fix my enclosure. I get do you want an estimate? I'm telling the clerk no I don't want an estimate I want my enclosure repaired. I can't have anyone else doing the work it will void out the warranty. I'm totally fraustrated at this point; we've spent our hard earned money trusting this company. It's just not right... I have to continue to call back with different numbers in order for my call to be answered. My wife and I call with our cell phones and they do not answer. We call from different numbers in order for them to answer our call. Today I was told I will be put on a schedule, but could not get any details of when to expect. VERY Fraustrated!!!!

    WE had a 10 x 30 screen room with concrete slab contracted with
    In Home Contracted in March 2021. The contractor Pulled a building permit with the city of Pensacola, Fl. I was informed that all the inspections were done by In Home Contracting. I had a roof leak last year and contacted customer service and they came and sealed all the seams on the roof. 6 months later I contacted In Home Contracting and informed them that my roof was leaking again and was informed that that were quite busy and would have Mike from service contact me and set up an appointment to do repairs. I called on the following dates 6/6/22, 6/19/22, 7/19/22, 7/19/22, and 8/15/22 and still no call back to the repair on the roof thit is leaking. I contacted the building department and was told that the contractor did not call any inspection for this permit. I paid 22,553.00 for my 10 x 30 covered screen in patio.
    I did my research and decided to use this contractor and am very disappointed. Their follow up is terrible and call backs is the same. It's a shame because the trades did a good job, I would not recommend
    In Home Contracting to do anything.

    I signed a contract with At Home Contracting on 12/13/2021 for a pool enclosure with the understanding that if there was a problem with the pool insulation we could back out of this contract so long as we gave them notice before materials were ordered. I began attempting to make contact with AHC on 6/7/22. 6/13/22 Contacted salesman, their personal number- no longer with company. Cox Pools assisted in contact with AHC. 6/13/22 Received a call from Owner. 6/15/22 Sent email to provided address, no answer. after many attempts, 6/21/22 Owner called to set up a meet in person to discuss email, Wednesday before 2:30. 6/22/22 unable to make it, to meet on Friday after 10. 6/24/22, no show that morning. At 3 salesman showed up to take measurements, he didn't know what was going on, didn't know Joe promised to come himself. Went over all the concerns with salesman. Salesman indicated lots of problems at AHC, a salesman had written contracts & pocketed the money, trying to rebuild co. I indicated too many issues and broken promises. I wanted deposit back and to get out of the contract. 6/24/22 texted Joe, wanting to cancel contract and get our deposit back. 6/27/22 He said he would have information for refund, to meet on Tuesday at 10. 6/28/22 Text and called at 1 since I hadn't heard from him. He text and wanted to stop by at 1:30, text at 2:10. he showed up at after 2:30. I told him I wasn't interested in a New contract with AHC as he suggested, needed to discuss refund of deposit. He complained his company was not in good financial shape. Agreed on the return of 6000 of the 7200 deposit, the 1200 for expense occurred, shook hands, left. I sent email of our agreement, no response. Multiple attempts to contact him with no response. 7/11/22 Called him, stated would have money by Friday, will drop off. Since then Multiple attempts to contact no return phone calls, text messages, emails. He answered 2 calls, couldn't talk, would call back & working on getting the refund
