    The Crocs located at the silver sands outlet is a terrible place to shop. The manager Derek is a complete unprofessional jerk. I walked in to by some crocs for my 2 year old. He stopped me at he door to ask me what I wanted. I explained that I was just looking to see what they had for toddlers. He then began to interrogate me as to how many pairs I would be buying, what sizes & how I was going to pay for this. I respectfully told him I wasn't interested in any specials, just looking. When I went up to the register to pay he dismissed the cashier & said you'll have to go through me, he then kept saying you would have known these are by 2 get the 3rs half off if you let me finish. I then again explained to him I wasn't interested in the special just wanted to buy some shoes for my son. He then said, "No, you're going to listen to me". I then told him he was a jerk & wanted to speak to the owner he then lied & Said "I'm the owner" when in fact he's the manager. I would strongly urge the real owner to fire this kid who thinks he's trying out for the sons of anarchy.
    The guy is a complete jerk & I can only imagine how many customers he's turned away with his rude, unprofessional behavior. I was going to call the actual outlet mall owners but then I reminded myself this guy is working at a crocs whe others his age are thriving in careers. That should be enough punishment!
