    We tried to buy a ticket online thru cheap ticket. They told me it was all set. I then received a call saying it was not available for the dates I wanted but they had a flight I could get that was about 300 dollars more. I said no to this and canceled it all. I told not to charge me because they were a scam. They were just trying to get more money. Then last month in January they tried to take money out under the name tacaintl air.

    Avianca advertised fares of $58.20 for one way ticket *****-************. I tried to buy (2) one-way tickets (total of $116.40). I entered the information and when I tried to pay, the system gave me a message saying the transaction cannot be completed and should try again later. I tried twice and gave me the same error message. I thought it was a false advertisement and went to another site and purchased my ticket. A few days later, I found out that my credit card was charged (2) times $116.40 by TACA. I immediately called Avianca and the person who answered recognized they had been having problems with the system and opened a claim for me. They were supposed to refund me $232.80, but only approved $116.40 because they said there was a duplicated charge. I explained there was not duplicated. There was no ticket given to me and all I got were error messages. They said it was too bad because there were tickets in their system. I explained that I never received any ticket, not even approval, and even bought other tickets (even more expensive). After all this time, and at least 4 phone calls of more than one hour, I was refunded one charge of $58.20, and they said they will give me another $20.60 (I don't know why $20.60). However, they denied me the other $116.40 because there is a ticket in their system. I have explained many times I never got to buy the tickets because the system said the Transaction couldn't be completed, but they wont listen. I feel robbed and not heard. They simply took my money and wont refund it. Wont take any responsibility for their system's problems. They are treating me as if I made a mistake and that is not the case at all.
