    I ordered the women's bullet proof vest on March 22, 2024. I called them on March 28, 2024 to see what the status was. ***** answered and said they had to order it from ******** since they did not have it in stock. I called again on April 16, 2024. ***** answered and said it had just come in and that they would be sending it with the tracking number to me the following week. I called on April 19th, 2024, ***** said they would be sending it out. I called on April 29th and 30th with no answer. ***** texted me back on May 1st saying she was in the hospital and would check with her colleagues to see what happened to my order. May 2nd, 2024, she texted me back saying *** did not pick up my order. May 14, 2024, I texted to ***** that I just wanted a refund. She said she would get back to me. May 20th, 2024 I texted that I have not heard from her and wanted a refund. She said she would initiate a refund. To date, I have not received the refund and have not received the merchandise. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge
