    i purchased some hair oil from this company in December which was paid for. They took another ***** out of my account in January which I did not authorize.

    Date of transaction November 15, 2024 I made a purchase through ******** regarding hair growth oil reviews that I seen I clicked on the link and it took me to their website. I looked through the products and I made a purchase for hair growth oil. It was buy three get three free for $33.88. As soon as I checked out I got an alert from my bank stating fraud because I had just made the purchase I said no and they allowed the payment to go through, I had been waiting to receive an email from the company with my order information and eventually a tracking number. The email I received had a different name on it. The charge went through as go glitsy girls. But the email I received stated glitsy chic. After about a week or two I reached out to the company to see about the status of my order because I never received the order the email I got was for me to register my account with their VIP membership. The email I received basically told me that I needed to click on the link to establish my password so that I would be able to access their page and see my orders, so I clicked on the link and I once it logged into the account. I clicked on orders, it showed no orders so I contacted them and asked them. Do they have any information on the order that I just placed? They really couldnt give me any information that they had no tracking number for me after another week or so no information coming I reported it as fraud to my bank Chime. After I reported it as fraud the package appeared in the mail the next day so I canceled my dispute. On December 13th They attempted to take ***** out of my account. And again on December 17, I canceled my card ordered a new one and they attempted to take the same amount out of my new card on January 5th 2025. I never provided them with my new card. Chime has the merchant blocked but they are still attempting and I did not authorize this dollar amount or provide them with my new card number nor my routing and account number

    On December 5, 2024, I placed an order for a hair product that cost $13.94. Once the order was placed, I received an email stating that it was part of a subscription service. I replied back that it was supposed to be a one time purchase only and I didnt want to be in a subscription. I asked them to cancel the subscription and order and refund my money. I received an email on December 10, 2024, stating that the subscription would be canceled, but have not received my refund. Its not about the $13.94, but about how this company does business.
