    Order placed 11/4/24. Order cancelled 11/4/24. Contacted business they claimed they sent me an email on 11/5/24 that I failed to respond to. I checked my inbox, junk and deleted mails. There was no received. They said they cancelled my order on Nov 6 - 24 hours after order was placed. 24 hours after 11/4 is 11/5. I believe this business incorrectly cancelled my order as they did not want me to use my store credit. The business can either honor the order with 30% off or provide me a full refund it they are refusing to allow me to use my credit.

    In discussing alternative solutions, the business wants me to place the order again with a lesser, discount, no discount or dont place an order at all. Their response is poor. Lacks proper customer service and they have blocked me on social media because I commented asking them to respond to my email or DM. I have no problem being blocked because with this poor customer service I will not shop there again. I am just seeking to use my credit and then never patronize them again.

    I can advise that their customer service skills continue to prove as poor and distasteful. After they falsified an email the claimed to have sent to me, I attempted to use the money on the gift card on another date and the sent me the attached response. Their response shows that they have received your contact and are displeased so as such they have banned me from shopping on their website. The end result was that they refunded me my money because they do not wish for me to shop at the boutique. They need an F rating for the services they provide.

    this people sold stuff in internet i make a claim and they dont want to refund me ask me to send the item back them claim to credit card company and took the item and the money very disrectperful
