    Hello I would like to say this company's **************************** is not the best I went to work with them for 1 week let me first say I have over 22 years of experience in the call center industry I worked tickets and did everything I was told by the end of week I never received ANY bad feedback out of nowhere I got a call saying I did all these things wrong when I know for a fact I did nothing wrong I even went above and beyond to get the tickets closed but was told I was being let go with no reason at all or any proof not to mention I spent over $155 dollars to get my computer to the needs of the company I'm getting the feeling that they are running a SCAM TO GET PEOPLE TO COME TO WORK FOR FREE WITHOUT PAY AFTER 1 WEEK I AM very disappointed and feel that I was decimated upon due to my knowledge and color I have no idea what is going on they are getting people to come in as **** employees and saying TRAINING PAY CANNOT BE PAID OUT UNTIL AFTER 30 DAYS OF SUCCESSFULLY WORKING ON not to mention i was lied to and told i was not in nesting as i got fired there is a copy of the training group chat that clearly said NESTING

    *************************** was contracted as an Independent Contractor effective 01/16/2023.

     

    Per the signed contract, the user agreed to follow the following parameters and quality standards to perform successfully. Failure to do so, would result in Support Companys right to end this agreement prior to the end date outlined in the agreement.

     

    These include but are not limited to Section 2 Statement of Work (1. Scope of Work) Section B:

    1.            ********* services for a minimum of 95% of the time committed to as outlined in the II. Delivery Dates section for the entire length of this agreement.  

    2.            ********* quality service, including but not limited to the following:

    i. Professional tone and demeanor,

    ii. Refraining from profanity/swearing, slang and/or political conversations during contact with customers, and other non-business matters,

    iii. ********* customer accurate information, and

    iv. Documenting client tool timely and accurately.

     

    Mr. ******* contract was ended 1/20/2023 due to failing to adhere to the above conditions.

    I am rejecting this response because of misleading information also with the information that was sent in response was a lie I require the owner to reach out to set up a time to discuss the behavior of the management team of this company
