      Purchased a refurbished key fob on November 15 for $111.89. According to their website the keyfob is supposed to be compatible with a 2014 Kia ******** After receiving the key fob and hiring a locksmith to program it to work, the Locksmith finds out it's not compatible with my car, contrary to the advertisement on their webpage. I contacted the business on Nov 21 to request a return at which point I never heard back. I then called them by phone and was able to get a hold of *****. I explained the situation and she instructed me to mail the keyfob back and look at their return policy. The return policy states: "Products must be in new condition as you received them and in the original box and/or packaging." Which was the case since I never had a chance to use the product due to it not being compatible and was returned in its original packaging.After sending the product back via certified mail, it was confirmed delivered on December 23, after which I never heard back. After trying repeatedly I was finally able to get a hold of someone. They then said they couldn't' give me a refund because the keyfob was locked. Again, their return policy makes no mention of this, but on top of that the keyfob was incompatible with the vehicle so the locksmith never had a chance to even program the key fob. Also, the locksmith says that all keyfobs need to be unlocked. Furthermore, even if the keyfob was locked, it can be unlocked and reprogram by any locksmith and it's totally resalable. Anyone buying this keyfob would need to hire a locksmith in order to have it programed to the vehicle. This excuse makes absolutely no sense, not to mentioned this is a refurbished product not a new one as claimed on their return policy.This business does not act in good faith. It has false advertising on their webpage, products they claim are compatible in reality are not. They also have a misleading or NO return policy. Got ripped off for $111.89 not to mention the $150 for the locksmith.
