    Paid $200 for a brand new printhead. I installed it, and it won't print. Contacted company and keep getting a run around about how printheads clog. I understand that as I've been running this printer for 3 yrs and others for 8 yrs. This printhead was junk from the start. Had ordered one a week before to replace other printhead (dual printhead machine) and the first one I ordered worked great

    The buyer bought an item from us on Sept 23 and opened a claim on Sept 26. Unfortunately, they had used the item as they clearly indicate in the helpdesk ticket attached. Per our terms and conditions the buyer approved when they placed their order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds once the printhead has been installed. All sales are final.

    I ordered ink for our flatbed UV printer on 11/22/22 and even though the website said ships in 1-2 days, they emailed and said ETA is ***** days. I told them to proceed, while also seeing if they had a different size of the same colors (they didnt). I call to checkup on the order the week of 12/12 and was told by one of the general sales people that they had just obtained their certification from ****** (Printer manufacturer) and that they havent been able to order the ink until just recently, I replied to have the sales manager call me when he was in to discuss. The next day ******, the sales manager calls me and tells me that its just a shipping delay and the sales person was incorrect and that the order should be fulfilled by the end of the month. Im annoyed at the delay but let them continue to keep the order. Yesterday 12/27/22 I get a shipment notification for 1/7 ink cartridges that I ordered and call to see why only one, the sales person that answered told me that they are now discontinued and that they will not be getting the rest. I asked the gentleman to cancel the order if they are not shipping the entire thing and to have the sale manager call me when he is in. I am confident that this ink has not been discontinued and there has been a big disconnect between what the sales manager is telling me and what the sales people tell me, someone is lying to me and Ive suffered lots of delays and trouble. At the end of the day, I want what I ordered, I also think at this point the business has given me the run around enough times that I should get free shipping or something to makeup for my time that has been wasted, though I dont have confidence this company is a good company to ever do business with or can ever actually fulfill the product I ordered.

    This order was unfortunately placed right before we decided to discontinue EUV inks from our product range. We tried to communicate with the client about the product unavailability. The order was partially shipped and the back order was cancelled and fully refunded. The reason why we had to discontinue these inks is because they are rated 'dangerous goods' and we cannot store them in our warehouse anymore. We apologise for the poor experience this client had. We will reach out to them and make sure we compensate them for the trouble.
