    I want my information taken down. They have an opt-out, which I have done. It removes your address, phone number and email address. All of the other information remains, including your full name and all the information on your voter registration card. Fine. But the problem with that is while the information is no longer displayed, they still retain the information. While my phone number is no longer displayed when my name is searched, upon doing a reverse search of my phone number, my name pops up. SO, how does that comply with a record opt-out, just because one more step is added to put a name with a phone number?

    On November 3, 2023 I tried to request my information be taken down from voterrecords.com. However, they make it impossible to get past the puzzle to prove you are a human. The puzzle tells you to click the largest animal or click the button that says none. Its impossible to get it right. See for yourself. Then when you try to contact them they say the contact form is down for maintenance. Then when you click Record Opt Out they say that is also down for maintenance. They are in violation of the *********** Data Privacy Act, signed into law July 2023 because they make it impossible for you to get help in removing your information.

    For the past month, I have tried to remove my profile from the voterrecords.com website. Their profile on me includes detailed personal information that I do not want to be posted online. I have the right to remove this information, but their website blocks efforts to do so. I carefully followed the procedure to opt out of having my profile on the website and my valid email was consistently rejected on their site. Several weeks ago, I sent an email to them through the BBB with the request to remove my profile and nothing has happened. I attempted to remove my profile again today and my email was rejected. I attempted to complete the "contact us" option on the voter records website, and again they rejected my email. It is clear that they are blocking all attempts to honor my request to have my profile removed or even to reach them. I want my profile to be permanently removed.     I noticed that my personal information is listed on this website as a registered voter. I am not a registered voter an this information is false I would like my personal information removed.

    I stumbled upon this site by accident and found personal information ideal for spammers and stalkers. I went thru their "Opt Out" process to no avail. They have an F rating on BBB for a reason. Removal of profile requested immediately.

    voterrecords.com/voters Has listed my voting record including my full name, phone number, and address on their website without my permission. I have attempted to access the site to request that my personal informaiton be removed. However, I am denied access to the site. I would like any and all personal information to be removed from the site, as well as any possibility that my info would appear in any search results. This is a public threat. Remove my information from this site immediately.

    Websites like yours should be illegal. It is a tremendous invasion of privacy and serves no purpose other than to enable stalkers. You are contributing and profiting off of a huge problem in ******* data privacy. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Furthermore, I opted out and received the following message: The requested opt-out has been successfully processed. Information such as house number, phone, and email address should no longer appear on the record. Yet my name & address are still listed publicly for all to see. This is basically doxing.     Me my husband's voter INFO somehow was published online with other personal information that was NOT authorized and it needs to be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. I have emailed the company on their website and no response yet.

    I asked for my voter record to be made private on the site. But they refused to take it down, and now everyone can see what my political party is, and now I understand why Im being discriminated against. I have the right to privacy, and voterrecords.com is violating my rights.

    I would like this company to destroy all of my personal data that is processed in any of their systems and for this company to cease processing any personal data in the future. I tried to contact this company using the street address listed on their BBB page, *****************************************************, mailed December 28 2022 and the letter was returned January 4, ************************************************************************************************************** physical contact address on their website. When I visited their website February 14. 2022 a message appeared stating that I was agreeing to unstated terms and conditions. I have not made any agreements with this company and if there are any agreements of which I am not aware, I would like all such agreements cancelled. I would like this company to honor my attached deletion request and for this company to cease processing any personal data in the future.
