    The Mega VIP Floors ************* waterproof flooring, purchased from All Floorzz and More at ************************************ on December 22, 2021 (Invoice #****), has unfortunately presented numerous issues since installation in January 2022. The problems with the flooring, including popping up, cracking, separating, and chipping, have progressively worsened over time, significantly impacting both the functionality and appearance of the affected areas. Attached are photos and a video sent to ************************************************ illustrating the extent of the damage resulting from the product's failure.Given the warranty associated with this product and the substantial defects observed, I urge prompt attention to this matter. I kindly request initiation of the process for inspecting the flooring and determining an appropriate resolution, whether through replacement or repair. Your swift action in addressing these concerns would be greatly appreciated.I have emailed, called, sent register letter return receipt and have received confirming they have received letter and no one will contact me.

    FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGES - Stay clear of Floors Solution, VIP Floors, and Step Square Innovation. They all have the same owner. They have fraudulently charged my credit card, without my knowledge or approval, for invoices that were paid months prior. Even after showing proof of payment (cancelled checks), they took my credit card info from a year ago and charged my card a year later. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and return the charge. I got it handled through the fraud ***** They are as dishonest as the day is long. I have attached the cancelled (cleared) check from 3 months ago. They saved my credit card # from a prior purchase over a year ago and recently ran the same amount...unauthorized.

    To Whom It May ********** October/November of 2021, I had the floors manufactured by "VIP FLOORS" installed at my home. After just a few weeks, the floor began to detach (there is no kids and no animals in this house, and we actually step extremely carefully so that it does not continue to deteriorate).Since then, I have tried reaching out to "VIP FLOORS" but have been unsuccessful in establishing contact. The internet and their ******** page is filled up with complaints from damaged costumers (with evidence) which have been affected by them in the exact same way. Some of these costumers explain that they have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but that there has not been any results.I reached out to them again this evening through their website and I have kept a copy of the screen recording which shows that I, in fact, have sent them yet another notice.I am definitely looking for a full and complete reimbursement of the total amount that I spent in this scam.Time is of the essence and I am further establishing contact with all of those damaged by "VIP FLOORS," which have also filed a complaint with the BBB.Thank you,****************** de la *****
