      This security company is terrible in my book . ****** securities are not properly trained , the turn over rate is ridiculous and just common human decency that they lack. I had a situation in where my vehicle was towed with no justification !! They stole $186 from me and there was no reimbursement and when I contacted the owner to come to a solution in where instead of solving the problem he made it worse the security officer who had provided a pass for me to park confronted me at my Apt on the third floor in which he blocked in my car screaming at me and I had to even call the cops made me terrified to even live there knowing this is the company who supposed to keep us safe well I didnt feel that at all and the responses after the situation were incredible .

      Good Afternoon ******,

       

      My name is ******************* and I am the Regional Operations Manager for Regions Security. We received a letter from you which was assigned ID ********. The following is my response in regards to the complaint sent by ******************************************.

       

      My vehicle was towed with no justification The vehicle was towed because it was not properly registered in *********************** community, which is part of her community rules. Months before it was towed, she asked one of our Security Officer for the vehicle to not be towed because she had a rental. Our Security Officer issued her a note which was only meant for that night, which she acknowledged. He did this as a way to help her for the night since the ***********r was closed for the day. She was responsible for receiving a long term pass from the *********** to avoid being towed. Our Security Officers arent authorized to issue long term passes. *********************** admitted to me that she understood that the pass was not for long term. She had 3-6 months to take care of the long term pass but she failed to do so. These are the rules of her community and not the rules created by Regions Security. Our Security Officer went above and beyond to help her for that night even though it was not his responsibility to do so.  

       

      They stole $186 from me We did not steal $186 from her and this is a false claim. She had to pay $186 to take her vehicle out of the tow yard but this money was not stolen. This false claim alone should void her complaint as it is slander.  

       

      Security Officer who had provided a pass for me to park confronted me at my Apt This statement is correct and our Security Officer should not have done this. The Security Officer did not approach in an aggressive manner. He was trying to follow up with the resident because he felt they had an understanding in regards to the pass. Proof of this is that the police arrived to the property but since there was no threat or incident, they just asked him to go back to the guardhouse and not return to the apartment. Had there been an imminent threat, the police would have removed the Security Officer from the premises.

       

      In conclusion, *********************** is responsible for following the rules of her community in which she has a signed agreement. Our Security Officer helped her and she had more than sufficient time to request a long term pass from her ******************** The vehicle was towed properly as per the community rules. The ************** would not have taken the vehicle without verifying the parking violation it was being issued.
