    *****BEWARE*****Put in a new pool and like most, received very high bids from other vendors to do "full tile". Came across Moltiles via ******** and Instagram ads and their pricing was about 40% less. My pool builder warned me and I was willing to give it a go - I figured if there were problems, at least it would be covered under warranty.During the install there were several issues, seemed as though the crew working on had blindfolds on. Obvious errors like not measuring properly so tiles didn't align, half sheets, very thin lines where the tiles had to be cut and other areas where grout was thicker. Workers were sloppy, lots of excess thin set and grout splattered all over, bags of trash left behind, etc.After the initial install I filled the pool with water and we had a leak. This caused my decking to sink from excess water. It was found that they had not sealed properly the jets and water was getting out. **** had his guys come back out and seal, but they failed to make the other repairs. Upon further inspections, it was shown that where the tile meets the coping, grout was missing on 60%+ of the pool line, tiles were installed aesthetically improperly and there was a chipped tile on the spa. I sent (2) texts and an email to everyone at ******** and was ignored. The file is now with my attorney.All of this is documented via texts, emails and photos - I have been in *********** and construction for 20+ years (excluding pools) -I am happy to share with anyone additional photos as well as texts.
