    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I was matched with this supplier by Supply Parts. Everything ran super smooth in the beginning, including after the wire and the receival of the parts. My mechanic after working dutifully, stated the parts were defective. I emailed *******, which is the only person one seems to deal with, as he is the only one who answers the emails and phone every time. I communicated the issue and he confirmed the parts have warranty as they were purchased under a NEW/never used part. He started getting a bit defensive and stated my mechanic didn't know what he was doing and proceeded to ask if he knew what he was doing. ******* proceeded to tell me he himself worked at CAT for years (so has my mechanic) and evaded the request for a replacement. Instead, he offered and installation manual. I advised him I couldn't continue going back and forth with messages between him and my mechanic to please approve a replacement. He never acknowledged that email. I then sent another email requesting replacement approval or to send the manual. It's been 2 emails that have gone unanswered, I had to buy the part again elsewhere, ******* still doesn't reply, and I've had to get my lawyer involved. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. The worst service and ******* makes it impossible to come to an agreement due to lack of professionalism and leaving emails unanswered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

    I was really helping you to collaborate with your mechanic who is unfortunate that he does not know what he is doing, now I will not accept the return because first those pumps are new and you know why I told you and I wanted to show you that your mechanic is wrong he is lost of what he is doing and I will not accept some used pumps full of oil and neither because the problem is not the pumps find a mechanic who knows because as he was wrong and the problem is not the pumps you want to apply one with bad intentions to cover your mistake I am sorry I will not accept anything from you return and I can show you from my sellers with invoices that are new so it no longer helped you look for how to solve it if this way is not the aptitude to solve things by bad it did not work and if you are used to doing this with me you are wrong

    I am rejecting this response because: seller failed to deliver the manual he stated he would. Parts are NEW with WARRANTY, therefore warranty should be granted. A small business claim will be filled against business and seller.

    The parts have warranty if are inside and used correctly, not for other issues, and about the service manual if correct I offer to help with a copy never said NOT, but this show I have the reason he doesn't know to install and he need to gradual pressure in valves, he need to test take pressure in P1, P2 AND P3, To know if the transmission have internal leak in clutches, I worked in Caterpillar in Service since 1985 and i was trying to explain to help you but was impossible, I told you I'm sure the problem is inside of the transmission and not the pumps, if you want will try to help you with service manual but I can't to accept any return

    Using a site called 'Supply Parts' I was connected with an individual who i was lead to believe was an entire heavy construction equipment parts company called 'Power Machinery and Parts'. I now realize there are no other employees. This person told me they had all of the parts that i requested and I would receive my order in full within 5 business days. It has now been exactly one month and i still have not even received an actual working tracking number. To this day, when i go to the *** site to track my package it still says "Label created" and "Shipper created a label, *** has not received the package yet". Every time i called the "company" the same person answered and every time we spoke he said "just a few more days". Now he will not answer at all and won't return my calls or emails. This is literally the worst attempt at a making a purchase that I have ever experienced in my entire 40 years on this planet. I lost my best customer because of it and spent many hours on this failure of a sale and I can never get them back. Hopes and dreams... crushed. Faith in humanity... lost. $5,747.28 ... stolen from me. I wish that I had enough sense to check on the BBB site for 'Power Machinery and Parts' before dealing with them... I mean him. That way I would have seen the many complaints from other people who seem to have had similar experiences to mine. The website that he had built for him is actually very convincing. It looks totally professional. Even the phone system he has set up makes one believe that it is a reputable business. Since I can no longer reach anyone by phone I have repeatedly asked for a refund and to cancel the order via voicemail and email. The only thing i can ask for is a refund. The only thing of value that I got out of this horrible experience is... I actually can't think of anything.

    Wired money on 12/18/2023 for parts that he said he had in stock. Stop responing shortly after he recieved the money. That was well over 2 months ago and i still havn't recieved the parts and cant get a hold of him anymore. Total Scam

    Hello,I am writing to you from ******** COMPANY SOFTELECTRONIC 1 LTD regarding our order for 2 new turbochargers ******* Diesel 16V149TIB (Quad Turbo) 1800HP @ 1900RPM. ******** TURBOCHARGER OEM Part Number: ********/******* 466186-0005.We ordered these turbochargers under quotation of POWER MACHINERY & PARTS, *** *********************************** with a delivery time of 8 weeks. The turbochargers were ordered and prepaid on March 27. Today is July 27, already the 4-th month since the order was made, and 2 months late.?********************************* does not give us the necessary information and does not keep us informed of what is happening, does not respond to calls and emails.We are totally disappointed with the whole situation. We trusted him to supply these turbochargers.We cant wait any more,it is obvious that he is lying to us.. We did not expect to be lied to. This is not normal situation.We would like him to refund us the full amount we have paid and we will not use his services again..Absolute SCAM of a company.Absolute SCAM of a company.They take your money and then stop replying.Phone numbers are either inactive or lead to a voice mail.

    Nowhere in the quotation is mentioned that the delivery time is 24 weeks....Nowhere in the quotation  is mentioned that that the order cant be canceled and nowhere is mentioned that the full amount the money cant be refunded.

    In the quotation the delivery time given  is 8 weeks ...You can see the quotation attached..

    20 weeks have passed! Initially quoted for 4-6 weeks.
    20 weeks and no update, no e-mail, no call. Fantastic service!

    I ordered 2 sets of seals on 8/23 at $91.78 price combined prior to shipping. I received one set of seals and reached out on 9/19 and was advised on 9/19 about sending new seals. In 10/1, I was told they were sent but may be delayed due to a hurricane. I reached out again on 10/11 to get a tracking number since it still hasn't been received almost a month after they said it would be resent. No reply.     This customer talked with me that he received only one item from 2 that  he ordered, he told me the package was open it  and maybe one of then lost, I told him ok I will send another more not problem, but the problem is we don't have more in *****  and i placed the ordered  from my vendor, they are in ***** and the operations are low because the hurracaine, you can check the company name is hercules hydraulic, so i don't have any problem if he wants the money back only by one kit  because he received 1  or if he wants to wait, i think this week they can supply it and ship to him, I don't see any problem with him when we talked, call me or write to me and let me know,

    Response was sent. At this point, I'll just take a refund and go elsewhere. 

    I've been getting the runaround at different companies for close to 7 months now. I need my equipment back running.  Send a full refund for the part, and I'll go elsewhere.
