    On Sunday May 1, 2022 I paid SPM Services Llc $4,140 to do some work to my yard which included: *Sod (grass) added to the front and back yard. *A sprinkler system installed to the front and back yard.*Eureka palms along the back wall. *Concrete slab removed from back yard. The job was to be completed Saturday May 7th, but workers rarely came by to do any work. Thursday morning May 19th, 3 pallets of grass were delivered to my house. I asked the owner if his workers were coming to lay down this grass that had been left on a public sidewalk. He said yes, but the never came. That same day I told him my concerns with the work that was being done. He in turn says his crew will no longer be working on my yard, and that I should find someone else to complete the work I already paid for. He says I will receive a **** dollar refund, which I still have not received. Also that **** dollars worth of trees (10 trees @ $100 each) would be delivered to my house. To resolve this issue I would like $2,000 refunded to me for services not completed and material not delivered.

    Customer paid less than full amount but asked for additional services. The original scope of work included: install irrigation; plant palm trees; remove concrete platform; resod; irrigation cleanup. They were supposed to pay $5500 but paid $2300, and asked for more irrigation heads and plants that were not agreed upon, when I told them that was not in the original scope they said they were not happy with the completed job and wanted a refund based on dissatisfaction.

    After they threatened to put voodoo on me I had to block their number due to their abusive behavior.

    Please tell them they will have to contact an attorney to communicate through my attorney because of their past behavior, and they have to see me in court if they are pursuing the matter.
