    Horrible customer service, took almost 1 month to get to its destination in Mexico and only received response after going in person and the guy at the office called the owner and I had to cuss her out. They did not know where my package was. Please DO NOT use this service.

    I must tell you that our company takes any comment related to our service very seriously. In the 7 years that we have been serving the public, we can say that NOLASCO EXPRESS has an impeccable name and track record.

    Searching our database we did not find any client with the name *********************, we ask the lady to indicate the correct name with which she made the shipping contract with ** and the guide number that appears on the pink copy that was given to the customer. time of delivering your shipment, since these are the data we need to be able to identify and respond to this alleged claim.

    We can see that the lady is a bit purple since she herself indicates that she had to insult someone from our company, our employees are trained to remain calm at all times, knowing that for ** the client is the most important thing.

    We appreciate that ************************** provides the requested data in order to give a correct answer.
