    Terrace Contracting Services is the General Contractor for Go Dream Remodeling. They took money from me for work that has never been completed and the work that was done has tons of mistakes and flaws. See attached document for full details. I paid them a huge deposit on 08/02/22 and to this day, I am still waiting for the work to be finished and the repairs for their crappy workmanship to be fixed. The contractor will not respond so I have no choice but to involve the GC since the NOC is in their name.

    As of 02/15/24 - Items that still need to be completed/repaired are as follows:
    1. Roof seam needs flashing. It is leaking water onto my lanai between the old and new roof.
    2. Uneven roof needs to be fixed where the ends stick out a foot longer than the middle.
    3. Concrete needs to be saw cut to release stress cracks. But at this point, this will not help as the concrete is badly cracked everywhere and there is a large dip that holds water. Within 2 months of the concreate being poured - it had more cracks and flaws in it than my existing concrete slab of almost 20 years old.
    4. Fan beam needs to be installed.
    5. Retractable door needs to be installed. I had to create a “barrier” to cover the area to prevent anything coming in or out through that area and it is an eyesore. The screening was never completed where the door was supposed to go.
    6. Leftover construction materials still laying in my yard need to be removed.
    7. Once construction is done, I need a copy of the final APPROVED inspection and the original executed Notice of Termination from Terrace Contracting Services so I can record it. They have failed inspection 3 times.
