      I contacted Wades Grappler. & Tree Service month of April . He sent me an estimate for a tree removal and grind . We schedule an appointment. He never called me to explain why he never showed up. I called the office and wife explained that he has an emergency. She asked why he did not call me . I answer I dont know . We reschedule the appointment for today May 7 for 7-8 AM . I called their phone number day before several times no response . I left message. Today again never show up at agreed time 7-8 . I waited until 9:30 AM nothing no phone call to me to explain delay. I called at 9:30 and **** and wife are eating in some restaurant. I ask why they were not here . They said they can come by later today . I explained that I cant I have an appointment that I am up since 600 AM in waiting for them. At this point I am questioning this company and its reliability. I explain that I dont want their service anymore. He said I have to pay the certification. Send me a bill if $400 . I believe a certificate is only $200 . I am not in the disposition of paying this . I think this company is not reliable and have the worst customer ********************** . Its not credible .

      This response was taken verbally by BBB:

      The customer contracted us for **********************. We completed the arborist report and permit process. Before the job was to start, there was a storm that came through the area and as an emergency service provider we needed to push this job out to attend to an emergency to remove a tree from a house. The customer was upset that we had to delay her job due to a weather related emergency and cancelled the contract. We performed the services of the arborist report and permit, the customer has the arborist report. We are owed for the work we completed as the customer cancelled the contract. The customer has not paid us.
