    My wife and I met with Kitto sheds in Aug of 2024 to purchase a metal building for our property. We met with the salesperson ****** ****** and discussed multiple options for design and settled on the one we wanted. We discussed financing terms available through a 3rd party lender as well. We settled on the promotion that was presented to us having flexible payments and fixed APR of *****% for 86 months as long as the balance was paid in the 86 months. We agreed to this. Signed invoices for the purchases and waited for our building to be delivered. When it was installed in September 2024 and the loan was funded we received our statement from the lender showing different terms for the promotion increasing our minimum monthly payment 6 times what we agreed to. We contacted ****** for a resolution and we were advised she would get it taken care of by Oct 14 2024. We patiently waited with no response from the merchant. I began emailing on Oct 14th for updates and after responding once or twice via email saying she would get it taken care of they stopped communication all together and have refused to resolve this issue.
