    I first chose this business because of its 5 star rating with the BBB. I had just had my entire condo painted from ceiling to floor and was ready to clean my grommet curtains throughout the house. Custom Cleaners and ***************** provided a ********** and they take the curtains down and rehang them after cleaning! They looked great when they were rehung. No more washing curtains at home for me! In fact while **** was here about my curtains he noticed some carpet stains from my newly rescued dog ****. We discussed options on how the overall carpet appearance could be improved by some spot cleaning in the heavily soiled areas. I hired him for the job, and again he did not disappoint! I would recommend custom Cleaners and especially ***************** to anyone looking for their services. Knowledgeable, experienced and reasonably priced 5 star all the way!

    Horrible job. Called him several times. Never returned my calls. Many spots on my sofa and loveseat. Ruined two of my bath towels..had to throw them away. Cleaning solutions so strong I left and what I returned he was gone. Left cushions on floor propped up against furniture to dry. They were so sopping wet had to carry them out front porch to dry which took two days to dry. He even left my toilet seat up!! Really!!

    **** did a great job with my white carpet got it spotless and was on time and very friendly. Drapes hang straighter now that he fixed the rod
