      I purchased window treatments for my condo and spent several thousand dollars. This was back in October 2023. I made the down payment November 9, 2023 and was told by them that my shades and blinds would be installed around January , 2023 which is when they told me the blinds would be ready. I've been trying to contact them to get them installed. I made multiple attempts to their website, through their phone number, which is still taking messages and through their ******** page. I have not heard a word or received a message from them and I have a lot of money invested in the down payment. I would like to find out if they're still in business . I would like to know if they are still in business or if I need to go somewhere else? How do I go about trying to get my money back? I hope you can help me and if they are scamming people then stop them, thank you.

      On 09/27/2023 Williams Window Treatments took a deposit over the phone for $5,000.00 for window treaments. Since November we have been unable to get a response from the company, they closed their showroom, and are presumably out of business. We've tried to contact them by email, phone, and visit to the showroom (which is closed down) and all indications are that this business is no longer in operation. Can you help us get our $5,000.00 returned? We have a credit card statement showing the credit card charge.

      Purchased window treats for our home. Spent several thousand dollars. Within the warranty time frame, the motorized blinds ceased to work. Took several attempts to get Williams Windows to service. Since then they have been to our home several times, each time they were unable to complete the repair stating it was a different issue than originally diagnosed. The last time, they took one of the blinds and left a paper blind in its place. That was 5 months ago. We have been trying to reach them for weeks and finally drove by their showroom last week to find it empty. We are now missing a window treatment and left with a paper blind. We would like the original motorized blind returned immediately.
