This is a lead generating company. There promise was to have about 40% quality appts for me to help grow my client business. after 47 appts in 1 month. Not 1 of them was a potential client form me. I complained and was told that they told me it could take 3 months to close any business. I explained thats true it can take a while to close some business but I should have at leat 1-3 people that are quality that I can be working with and I have zero. I aske to stop my contract. ******** my contact person said I would have a penalty to get out of my contract of about $360. When I got the letter it was now $860!!!. Because of the poor record keeping. IT doesn't match at all what I show. Because they had to replace 12 of 25- which there system doesn't show. What they show . I already paid $2500 for 20 appts plus 5 additonal. Now they are saying I have to pay for the 5 extra for the promotion. Which is fair. But another $15 for 20 more appts. Doesn't make sense. I want that back.

I can understand the frustrations of signing up for a service on not being able to make the *** one would like. We made it abundantly clear what this program is and isn't and that we recommend for any client to work with us for 90 days to get a fair sample size of opportunities. *** did communicate that she might not be a great fit for our program which we agreed with her and let her know that if she's only looking for high age appointments that this might not be a great fit, which we're very transparent about. She chose to move forward with the clear expectations gone over during the sales process, on our website and during the onboarding call as well as the weekly check in calls.

Joy committed to a quarterly contract of 20 appointments a month with revenx with the following terms of service: ************************************************

After one month we had overdelivered as we had assumed Joy would continue on with her contracted duration which is gone over during the onboarding process.

We have delivered 24 appointments that *** has spoken with and asked if she could cancel her contract. The calculation which we did is that she would have to pay our month to month rate (which is an additional $15 per appointment) for the 20 appointments she received and she would also have to pay for the extra 4 appointments she received. We're going beyond our terms of service by letting her out of her contract and are only requiring that she pay the standard rate for the services rendered that she has received. We will not be refunding payment for services rendered.
