    Be
aware of monthly subscription of $480 which means they won’t ask you (even if
you didn’t show up for more than a month) if you want to continue and if you
are ready to pay $480 for something you might have forgotten about. By law
auto-renewal terms must be explicitly stated, and cancellation processes should
be straightforward which is not the case with this place. It turned out you
have to call them, register an account on their website and only then they will
send you the cancellation link but even then it will be a problem because the
system doesn’t allow you to register unless you have your ID number for this
place so I had to email the manager again asking for the ID number. It was a
process! We never asked to open an account with them, they will open it for you
making it look like they make a favor and you just need to sign the
application. When I got the charge of $480 my husband called immediately and
any other company would refund since the call was done on the day of. But more
to the story is that I emailed the manager two months prior that we won’t be
coming since my husband left for couple of weeks and asked him to not charge
the card again for the next months. The manager gave me an acknowledgment via
email and did not mention about this process of cancellation and later we get a
charge of $480 and they called and told me that they are not going to refund!!!
Unfortunately we brought my husband’s mom 75yo lady there to try the place and
they charged her card too even if they clearly see that she hasn’t  show
up for two months now. That is the care for a patient for you. Just sad. As for
my experience - I went there couple of times  and my neck was hurting for
weeks. The manager didn’t call back even if I called the office and left the message
and wrote him the emails. The person that answers the phone pretends to be nice
but absolutely doesn’t care. He hanged up on me in spite my respectful
approach. I regret going there so much……
