1 starI ordered 4 bottles of 2018 N********- order number ****** in case they actually care. I received 3 bottles of the 2016 and 1 bottle of the 2017. According to their website, they still have 18 bottles of the 2018 in inventory. No explanation given. I called customer service twice- you only get to leave a voicemail and of course nobody returned the call. I emailed customer service and got no response. I even called the retail side who transferred me which of course went to voicemail. For all I know, the bottles I received were collecting dust standing upright and they just wanted to get rid of older inventory. Very poor customer service. Not my first online order from then but will be my last. Not recommended.Review fromC. H.

They overcharged $65.68 on their online invoice, which I didn't notice until the second day. When I tried to reach them using their telephone number for online orders, I found it impossible to reach a live person - you're simply directed to leave a voicemail or contact them via email. No response from my voicemail, so I sent a detailed email pointing out their pricing errors & only got a cryptic (possibly AI generated) email saying everything was correct. When I sent a follow up email requesting a call back, they stopped responding. Unacceptable!Luekens Liquors

Well, so much for Luekens' sincerity in their interest to resolve this matter. I did follow up per their invitation to contact them & requested them to call me back at any time. It's been over six weeks since then and no response. I just won't purchase any more goods from them again, and I'll stop recommending them to my clients.Review fromMichael P

My first order of 12 bottles of ********* was short 3 bottles. After waiting for over a month, several unanswered emails to online customer service and only after calling retail customer service, did I get a replacement shipment which was one bottle short. I again emailed online customer service and received no response. I then contacted retail customer service to ask for help and advised that, at this point, I would just like a refund for the missing bottle of ****** Natural ($17.99). Today, I received notice of a refund for $10.96, short yet again!Luekens Liquors

We do apologize for the mix-up with the refund amounts. We discovered the wrong bottle was refunded on 4/10 and we did fix the refund the next day 4/11 and reached out to you via email stating it has been corrected.
The 3 bottles that were short initially from the shipment sent ended up going missing with *** and we had to round those 3 bottles up from another location of ours which some of those bottles are no longer available.

We apologize for any troubles you were experiencing with online. Looks like we have attempted to return your calls last week and earlier this week however the line goes dead after several rings. We also see that you have 1 order in our system which is set for Friday with local delivery program which should come mid day. Now I also see that you have 2 accounts in our system with 2 different email addresses which your active open order is under *********************** which was submitted on April 1st in the amount of $433.32. (******) Please check that email for the order confirmation, not the ********************* *****.

Pretty poor management and customer service. It took them 6 days to even say that one bottle of wine was sent to carrier. Total of 20 days to get a bottle! Furthermore, the alcohol MUST be singed by person over age 21 and was left at the door without signature. I like the store, he a good variety of wine and really need to hire a new manager for customer service and shipping.Luekens Liquors

Sorry for any delays with your order that it may have caused you. Our website does states that ** orders are a 2 weeks process to arrival via *** carrier due to shipping alcohol regulations. Your order was placed on late on Friday and not pack until Wednesday 29th, pickup by CDL on 30th. Then it was delivered on the December 13th.

I tried to order two bottles of tequila online for shipment via **** The order showed as accepted on the web site, but I never got an email confirmation. The credit charge was processed, but no shipment via *** appeared in the *** online tracking system. I tried calling and sending emails, but calls went to email, and I never got any response, so I have disputed the credit card charge.The online operation appears to be incompetent.William E

After disputing the charge, I eventually got a response from the company, and the shipment was picked up by UPS at 6:28 pm on 16 August. Luekens earlier that day sent a shipment confirmation and invoice at 7:27 am and 8:28 am saying the package had been picked up, even though it was not really picked up until much later. I did then get an email reply to my inquiry, but never got a response to my voicemail messages. Competitors I have used have confirmed orders in at most minutes and shipped the next business day.Luekens Liquors

Hello,
Looks like the order had a different email address than what the customer had reached out to us with. So we fixed the email address to match orders info and resent all the information needed to the customer.
Order was placed on a Friday, processed, pulled, and charged on Saturday which was staged in shipping waiting to be boxed. Order boxed up on Tuesday after UPS pickup. Wednesday is when the email was updated. Which was then picked up on Wednesday via UPS.

Stepped behind counter at far end where they keep Cognac and Brandy. A very short older man with glasses who works the register ran up yelling "you can't be back here! Vamoose! using his hands to make a shooing gesture. Ignorant and Rude with no sense of good manners or customer respect. Wife and I walked out and will never return to a Luekens store again.Luekens Liquors

Incident occured at: Curlew Road Luekens location; on August 10th 2023 at approx 2 pm. I could not see the prices or name of the bottles from behind the counter area. All clerks were at the far end of the counter. As stated we have been customers for at least ****************************************************** company which has such low employee standards.
