    We hired Grout Doctor to clean our kitchen tile and paint our kitchen grout, unfortunately, our experience was horrible, there were multiple issues. First, almost every tile had grout paint. It wasn’t just a few tiles, it was over 80% of the tile. Instead of cleaning it, the tech sealed it and assumed the job was complete. Who thinks that’s ok? As a result, he had to scrub every grout line to remove the paint, some of which he didn’t get clean. This in turn left scrub marks/shoe prints all over the floor. Secondly, the machine he used bumped up against our baseboards, scuffing all of them. We had to scrub them all to get them clean. Thirdly, all of the grooves in the tile still had dirt. Lastly, it is important the tech is able to speak English so we can communicate. The tile actually looked worse than it did before it was cleaned. The company did send a different tech 2 days later to rectify the issues, he did much better but still didn’t get the tile entirely clean. We ended up having to reclean the tile and repaint all of the grout lines. I reached out to the owner asking for a partial refund but he refused. Please take my advice and heed my warnings, find another tile company to do your work, this is not a company you want to do business with. Please note, the franchise owner for Clearwater is also the franchise owner for New Tampa/Pasco, Sarasota/Venice/Engelwood and St. Petersburgh…..stay away from all of them.
