On June 13 WDE Services LLC doc #L22000234845 completed a dock for me, ******* ******** on **** ****** at my address *********************************************. The dock was built as requested and I paid in full to **** ********* owner/operator of WDE Services LLC.Three months later a lot of rain from hurricane ****** raised the lake level 3 feet. All docks on ********************* were temporarily underwater. When the water reseeded all docks were fine except my new dock, it needs repair. The pilings (mostly on the right side) came up from the ground. Prior to the rain you could walk flush with the ground onto the dock walkway, Now you must climb up 3 feet to get onto the dock walkway. The platform of the dock has a steep slant because the pilings on the right side came up. The dock is no longer safe and is a safety hazard. I can no longer allow my grandchildren to get near the dock. It's sad because they enjoy fishing and they have many days off school due to year end holidays - but it is a hazard.I contacted **** ********* on October 13, 2024 sending him pictures of the dock and requesting he come look. **** came to see / review the dock on October 30, 2024. He said he would stand behind his warranty as he realized that pilings can sometimes not settle properly. He said he and his small crew would use his pump to make this repair taking only a half day. **** said he would come on Saturday in two weeks; that would be November 9, 2024.I contacted **** with multiple texts and phone calls from November 8, 2024 - November 18, 2024. He never responded - I was completely ignored. I even made **** aware that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB but again, no response. Therefore I am now filing my formal complaint against WDE Services LLC from **************************************************************************Please see uploaded pictures.

BBB has requested an invoice, I do not have one. My complaint is not about the job ( building a dock) or meeting specifications, cost or completion. My complaint is repair is required; which is under warranty & requested to be done.

The job was verbally discussed and done as desired.  As mutually discussed I purchased the Timberteck plastic boards, screws, hangers, etc. and had Lowes deliver. **** *********, owner of WDE Services, provided labor and marine board & posts. My total expenses were: Lowes $6,708 + $7,000 (cash to ****) + $4,000 (Zelle payment to ****) = $17,708

**** ********* & I had a verbal discussion at my home while reviewing the dock on Oct 30, 2024.  **** said he & crew would return on Saturday Nov 8, 2024 to resink the posts to repair the dock.  **** agreed that there was no hurricane damage but the rising water caused some of the posts to lift and that sometimes happens he would take care of the repair.

**** ********* will not return any phone calls or text messages *************). Therefore I am reaching out for your assistance hoping for resolution that **** & crew resinks the lifted dock posts.
