  I do not recommend. **** was unable to restore my system to its original condition; he had to remove the irrigation valve because he did not have the fittings to attach it to the pipes, so now my system has no irrigation valve. I asked for a discount because parts of my system were being removed so that the leak could be fixed, but the owner informed me that I should have called an irrigation company. They claim to be REPIPING EXPERTS with expertise in drain line repairs and sewers, but do not bring basic plumbing fittings to the job. If I were the owner of a company and my employee did not have what he needed to do the job, I would either offer the customer a discount or I would send the employee back out to do the job right. At least the leak was solved.

  No one ever wants to call a plumber for an emergency, let alone at 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon. We had a pipe crack in the crawl space under our house. Quite a pool was forming. We called Phillips and a serviceman was sent. **** arrived promptly and crawled under to investigate the situation. He gave us a quote, gathered tools and pipe to fix the crack getting dirty and wet in the process. In about an hour, start to finish, the pipe was repaired and water back on. Thank you Phillips and **** for the efficient repair.

  Do NOT use Phillips Plumbing. If I could give 0 stars I would.
  We called them to come out for a clogged kitchen sink. My husband was told $89 service fee, but if we used them for the repair the $89 would credited towards the repair.
  Two young guys, maybe 22 yrs old show up. I work from home, so I let them in, showed them the issue, and told them if they needed me to knock on office door.
  Less than 40 min later they tell me they’re done, and it will be $349!!!! What? I asked what they did. Oh we just snaked your inside drain. (My husband had done this the night before) I said ok, what did you get out, oh just a little dirt. I asked if they had to replace anything, nope. So all you did was snake my inside drain? Yes ma’am and if you have any more problems we can put a camera down the pipe. I said ok, so you’re charging me $349 which you didn’t ask before hand if I was ok with, to snake a drain and in less than 40 minutes you’re out of here? Yes.
  My husband called the office a lady answered the phone, my husband inquired about being charged $349 for snaking a drain and asked if that’s their normal rate in which she got quite a nasty attitude about and wouldn’t directly answer. Haven’t been able to talk to owner. He won’t call anyone back. I’ve called 5 companies in Lakeland and all have ranged between $79-95 as service fee, but just for snaking and less than an hour wouldn’t have charged anything more.
  I’m fine with the $89, but I thing your kids took advantage and overly charged and as the owner you should make this right and refund the difference, and I will gladly update my BBB review
