Paid for Invisalign and the practice didn't complete treatment for me or my son. The office manager, *****, told me to get Veneers and that I couldn't get any further refinement. My bite is off and the dental assistant, ****** **** FILED my teeth, and then stated after the fact, "Only a dentist is supposed to do this". The dental assistant then changed my treatment plan and failed to place buttons/attachments as directed by the Invisalign treatment plan. Not to mention, the same assistant made very inappropriate comments and allegations about sexual conduct that occurred in the practice. Not what I want to hear as I'm getting dental work done. No level of decency or professionalism. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. I've hired an attorney to get a refund! Dr. ******** needs to be investigated. State of Florida Board of Dentistry, **** of Health, Case No. 2021-08604, is public record and states negligent conduct.

***** got her Invisalign treatment with ********** in ****** office and she emailed saying she has no problem with her treatment from ********** and the case was transferred to ********** The reason she is requesting refund because she feels the dental assistant has done something without the supervision of the treating doctor which is ********* ******* ********* confirmed by calling ***** that the dental assistant was working directly under her supervision. There is no deviation in standard of care. ***** used very unprofessional language with the manager, team members and abused the dental assistant and ***** several times and threatened using an attorney when offered help to fix her bite with veneers option. She refused to show up to Orange city office when the office tried to contact her to follow up on her case. ***** keeps in contact with ex employees and is intentionally creating problems to defame the practice and the owner doctor, *********** *** had never seen nor interacted with the patient. She keeps sending unprofessional emails to us copying the emails to several people. In summary, she is intentionally causing to hurt the reputation of the business by unprofessional means. If you need any further information please dont hesitate to contact us. Thank you.

I went in to get a tooth pulled on june 27th. and i told them what tooth to pull and they xrayed my mouth and then they told me to come back on thursday the 29th. to get it pulled. When i went in thur. morning at 9;00 a.m. they told me i had to pay first so i paid the bill and went back and got in the chair and they numbed me novacaine and the doctor pulled the tooth and i went home with gauze in my mouth.3 hours later i removed the gauze and i rinsed with salt water and put my finger in my mouth found out they pulled the wrong tooth. My wife called them up and we went back to the dentist and the dentist,x-ray person and assistant and ganged up on both of us.The dentist and the ex-ray person never went over the x-rays with me before my tooth was pulled.
My wife said we are leaving because they were getting aggressive against us and then the x-ray tech said well you should have got both of them pulled!
