    On 12/2 I purchased a pizza and drink with cheese bread sticks. The drink never came and nor did the bread sticks. I called the 800# on my receipt and no answer. I called during there business hrs for 2 days with the details of my receipt along with missing product. No call back from corp. I tried calling the store with no answer. I am in a wheelchair home bound. If I could I would go to the store directly. All I want was my order I made and paid for, not to be taken advantage of. There online support ignores me as well helping other people. I feel I am being discriminated because I can't leave my home.

    Hello- My name is Rodney K*****, and I am the area manager for Little Caesars in the Daytona area. I am in receipt of the complaint you received from William *****. Unfortunately these types of complaints are becoming more common. For example: a customer orders food online, a ******** driver comes to get the food, the customer gets some of their order or none at all. Here's a news article better explaining what usually happens- ***************************************************************

    In the case of Mr *****, there is no record of him ever calling me or requesting to speak to the area manager. Calling Little Caesars in Detroit would have no effect on a franchise owned store in Florida. I was able to find his order and tracked it back through our CCTV system. It clearly shows his order made, completed, and picked up by the driver. I will spare you all the legaleeze, but once the order leaves the store we are no longer responsible. I did follow up on Mr *****'s behalf because its apparent he is unfamiliar with the process, and to provide him the best customer service. On 12/5/22 ******** issued him a credit on his account for the missing item. Not sure if he knows this? In some cases dishonest customers will try to get a refund from ******** and us.

    In closing, we request this complaint be removed from our record. We are not the ending responsible party, ******** is. Since Mr ***** already complained to ********, any continuing effort against us is unjust and unfair. Thank you and take care.

    You can clearly see with my online communication with there company how long it takes to get them to reach the proper people to handle this and still waiting.
