  I cant say enough about Ally restorations and their entire crew. What a team of professionals! ***** was key in making sure all our expectations were met. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in the industry with answers right off the top of his head with technical and legal questions. You can tell hes been doing this work for a long time. ******* was also extremely professional with very fast responses to my questions. It was like I was talking to both of them even when I was only speaking with *****. This indicates their high level of communication and professionalism. You could tell they were dedicated to taking care of our home with the highest of priorities. All this is besides the fact that everything they did, and I mean everything, looked perfect when they were done. It was absolutely flawless and I just couldnt be happier with choosing Ally to take care of our home. Thank you to everyone on their team for making us feel as though you were taking care of family.

  It's difficult to put into words how disappointed and frustrated I am with Ally Restorations. My experience with them over the last few months has shown me that this company doesn't care about doing quality work or even if the work is completed. They just care about the bottom line. I have not been able to use my shower since the beginning of April. I hired them then for a simple shower pan replacement. The initial person who quoted the job and started the work was eventually fired after a month just to give you an idea of the quality of the people they use. Chris, one of the managers at Ally, then took over and it was clear that he wanted to just finish the job quickly with as little additional cost as possible, regardless of quality. The entire mess could have been avoided if at the beginning Chris had sent out the professional tile worker (which the original guy who was fired said would do the work) but Chris refused to do so because as he told me later, he didn't want to send his "good guy” all the way to Ruskin. Even after Chris took over he never sent any of his professional tile people to finish the job, he just kept sending one of the original contractor assistants who also didn't seem to have much experience with tiles. Two months after Chris took over the project he found out that additional money would need to be spent on new frameless glass panels because of all the mistakes made and so he just stopped responding to my texts and ignored my calls. I was then forced to find another company to complete the project. After having a few other contractors come by to quote out finishing the work I learned of a number of issues with the incomplete tile work done by Ally. I just recently had the glass replaced so the height of each piece is now matched at least. I just found out though that the drain Ally installed is sitting above the level of the tile, so water ends up pooling around the drain.
