The ** stopped working on a very hot Sunday. I called the office and within 10 minutes received a call back. The technician arrived about 20 minutes later. It was an expensive repair, but I appreciate their prompt service. The technicians at Symbiont are very knowledgeable and professional.

Symbiont did a great job in installing new heaters and piping at our condo in ****************, **. Our pool heating system was destroyed by Hurrican ****** ***** surge in September 2024. The y secured the proper permits, redid all the piping and installed heaters on an elevated rack (per our request) to be protected from future storm surge flood. I called this company to fix a gas pool heater.They came the next day and saw the code on the heater that indicated that there was a bad sensor the stopped the boiler from overheating.Of course they did not have the part on their truck.They said they would have to come back and quoted me a price of $284.00.I looked the part up on the internet and it cost $14.00. They came back and it took their serviceman all of 15-20 min to put in the part.They billed me for a service charge of $115.00 plus the $284.00 I'm sorry it wasnt my fault they didnt have the part on the truck!! Two visits to fix a $14.00 part that took 15 minutes and cost $400.00. I'm sorry that is overkill.I wont be dealing with this Co. anymore and I will advise my friends and neighbors not to use them.Symbiont Service Corporation
