    Art **** excepted a job to landscape a property adjacent to ours. He encroached seven feet onto our property. I texted him the survey plat and stacks were still evident on the property, told by our contractor he was encroaching, however, he still ignored all these warnings and destroyed 5 + feet of our property.He told our contractor he was just helping his client out. She has refused to accept my property survey since it was completed. She has no evidence of survey markings on the property. Moreover, she has never paid to have a survey completed ********* I understand, the contractor should never have accepted to do work against a delineated property survey line without double checking with another survey.He knew this but, blatantly continued anyway because we were out of town.

    My mom lost her mobile home due to hurricane ***. Several others in her park lost their homes as well. Art **** with Tomorrow Today FL LLC offered to complete the demolitions for those in the park. We mailed him a check on 11/22/2022 in amount of $1594 which was cashed on 12/8/22. He has not demolished the home, not even pulled the permit and has not responded to calls, emails nor texts. We would like to have funds reimbursed. Due to upcoming hurricane season and concerns from neighbors in the park, we have elected to hire another contractor to demolish. My mom lost her mobile home, has paid 2 contractors now and is still paying monthly *************** until it can be demolished. We would like to get this resolved asap.

    Mr ******** of Tomorrow Today Fl LLC took a deposit from me and cashed it right away in the amount of $1706.06. We paid for our mobile home to be demolished and removed. ************ took our money and many other homeowners money within the mobile home park and spent the money on other things. He told me he can not refund our money because he doesnt have it. He is not doing our demo because he is busy working for and doing demos for FEMA now. Every time I request a refund he tells me hes mailing it out and never does. He keeps making up stories that it will be next Monday next Tuesday next Thursday. He does not answer his phone he tells you that texting him is the best way to get in touch with him but he doesnt answer. You cant leave a message because the message board is full and he never answers the phone. He has a ******** page for the business. The only time he answers on ******** is if you call him out on everything hes been doing and then he claims youre bad mouthing him. I just want my refund. He doesnt have it because he took everyones money and bought himself construction equipment which he is now using to work for FEMA. I want my money back. This guy is a *****. Thank you.
