    9/13/22 signed up & prepaid a $10 deposit to hold my childs spot for a local NEW homeschool group. After a run around with very unclear emailing 9/20/22 pd $69 enrollment / tuition fee once was advised have been accepted into an open spot to start 10/4/22. Since losing all from the recent hurricane I kindly requested a refund for the enrollment fee due to facing Re location from this natural disaster. The replies have been very de humanizing showing lack of compassion by copying pasting no refunds. Those funds however small is in much need now to be allocated elsewhere. Also from the reply those are not ones I want myself or family associated with ********* posts attacking me from their clan members after I simply posted trying to get attention from admins to better share how not family orientated this group is as professionally as I could). When asked about double dipping by keeping my payment yet charging a new family off the wait list they now claim there isnt a wait list yet I have documentation showing otherwise. In writing on fb they claimed they cant provide a refund due to paying the space yet a prior email stated no space was secured due to damage so why cant I have a refund? Also on fb they stated the space returned their funds therefore they should do the same.
