On 12/16/22 *********** came to remove some trees from my neighbors yard. The only access (for vehicles) was directly across my yard. I like on a corner, so have no "back yard", just a passage between houses about 12 feet wide, virtually ALL on my property. The owner, *****************************, never attempted to contact me in any way for permission to enter, cross, or use my property to move in the equipment to remove the trees. The equipment cut across the "Front lawn", drove up the side lawn, then reversed and carried out the trees. The ground was quite damp and they left several deep wheel tracks for the distance. I called on 12/19 (Monday, next business day) at 8:00 AM. Told he would have someone out in 2-3 days. Never Happened Called him again on 12/30 and he assured me that he had bags of top soil on the back of his truck and would be out buy Wed 1/04/23. Never did and haven't heard from him. I reported "trespass with damage" to the Sarasota County Sheriff on 1/06/23. Can't believe anything ******** tells me and he is totally non-responsive.
