  Scammers! I bought a new water heater from this company 3-5-19 and paid for it in full same day. Today I have a water leak in my water heater and I called the company to get another brand new one installed. They refused me service and told me that I owe them money from nonpayment in 2019. Here is proof of my payment. I asked to speak with management but no one calls me back. These people do not care about customer service and are incredibly rude!! This company SCAMS people and will try to take advantage of single women. (I tried to add my receipt of my proof of payment but I cant add it to this review)

  I was having my house painted and the painters managed to snap off the hose **** that was attached to my main water line, meaning they had to shut the water off to my house. This was discovered (they didn't tell me - that's a story for another review) about 5:30 this evening. I called Mike Douglass Plumbing - the gent was very professional and had me text him my info, after which he let me know someone would be on the way shortly. The fellow they sent was ***, who was also very professional and fast-acting. He got it figured out and fixed it in less than 45 minutes. Thanks, *** - you're the man!This is the second time in about five years I've needed emergency plumbing service and **** Douglass handled my issues beautifully both times. Emergency or not, the next time I need a plumber, this is the one I'm calling.

  Discovered hot water tank leaking 9am Friday, made the call, by 3pm old heater removed and new tank installed. Exceptional service and neat job by *** . I have used MD plumbing since 2017 and have found them to be fair on pricing , providing exceptional service. They are my go to Plumber!

  I would not recommend *********************** plumbing to anyone. Paid for overhead plumbing and half is outside...it's a woodframe home.

  ******* and Team came to my house to review plumbing issue after I had another plumbing company here twice trying to clear a clog drain. The 1st company made two weak attempts to clear the drain with no success using inadequate equipment. After already paying them close to $750.00 with no success, they indicated I need to have my floor torn up and have pipes replaced starting at $6200.00.******* and Team came in with cameras and went into the septic system and roof stack and located the blockage and remove it without issue. They were very professorial and knew what they were doing. I cannot speak to other reviews left but they cleared my issue and would not leave until they were satisfied that everything was working as it should be.I would certainly recommend them.

  Total rip off. Price gouging after the hurricane. a pvc water supply line just outside my house cracked. The plumber was the for exactly an hour, used less that $40 in parts.the charge $720.00. Unbelievable. I should have refused to pay.

  I did have your invoice on my desk when I came in this morning, and it appears that our software system did not apply the appropriate discounts we offer. I am having our accounting department make the appropriate adjustments and will refund the difference to you.
