    We purchased this door through a new home construction on March 10, 2021. This door has a 10 year warranty. We have been trying to get them to fix it since we moved in. They had the installer come out twice to adjust the frame and door. Which we had to pay for. They told us we had to slam the lock everytime we used the door. That broke the lock mechanism. They replace that because the door would not open or close. We had to pay again. They said to keep forcing the lock which got jammed again and wouldn't open. They have told us they would replace the frame last year but couldn't get them out to do that. They have place 54 phone calls this year, then when we do get a hold of someone they make more promises which has all gone unfulfilled. As you can see in the picture and videos this door lets in an enormous amount of outdoor air. We are in our 70's and don't have the extra money it has cost to heat and cool the house for the last 2 years. Builder went dark also. We have been told he does that to all his builds. Please help.
