    Came out on fathers day to check my ac that went out, above and beyond service.

    I bought the AC unit 14 months ago, and it has not worked the way it should from the start. I have called for service and to complain and they have not come out. Now the ac unit stopped working and even thou under warranty they will not come out to look at it for service. I don't understand how they are in business.
