      Epic Roofing and Exteriors did an excellent job shingling my roof in **********. From the moment I engaged Epic to shingle ******* they managed the work and communicated with me so I knew how, when, where, and why the job process would go on a daily basis. Epic was the low bidder out of four quotes I requested. The next time I have roof work to be done, Epic will do it.

      I can't say enough to describe how happy we are with Epic and our sales rep ************************** the very first encounter all the way through to the final completion of the job everyone has been very professional and on point. They all seem to work well as a team to get the job done. Our roof is beautiful and it was a hassle free process done in a professional and ethical manor. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

      ***********, ****, came to my home prepared with roofing samples. He patiently explained to me the differences. He explained the process to get the roof completed. Two differenct crews worked on my property. They were all respectful of my property and my neighbors. I had shingles replaced with a beautiful flat silver metal roof. It has improved the look of my home so much that my neighbors have commented.

      This is a follow up with my previous review from 11/17/2023, and the final updated rating for this business- 5 whole and well-deserved stars! What a difference a business owner who cares about his customers can make in todays market. Projects performance at times varies depended on a lot of factors, bottom line- if you deal with a business who s owner cares about his customer you will end up on the winning side. Epic roofing business owner followed up with us, came over few times, inspected on his own, listened to my husband and I, and did his due diligence. He addressed our concerns, as if it was his own house. He told us to be patient as he will work this out , so all is perfect and we are happy. He did just as he promised, brought back his best team, reordered additional tiles plus spares for us, and made sure all is completed at the highest standards. Highly recommend Epic Roofing for your next roof project, you will not go wrong.

      I highly recommend EPIC ROOFING AND EXTERIORS, if you need a roof replacement.From start to finish my sales contact, *******************, was prompt, pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns immediately, throughout the entire process. During a stressful time, after Hurricane **** overall it was a good experience. Thank you.***********************

      After Hurricane *** we didn't know which way was up. Another roofing company wanted us to assign all our insurance benefits over to them which we quickly denied. We had seen Epic working in our community for many months prior to the Hurricane. We had heard good things about the company, their work looked great so we decided to give them a try. **** was our contact and I can't say enough about his personal dedication, attention to detail and conscientious approach to our project. Twice before Epic could start on our project, the blue tarp had to be tacked down and more tarp added to prevent more water damage. **** and his team came out the next day, in both instances, to repair the tarp all the time smiling like they really enjoyed what they did.When it came time for the roof install **** reached out to inform us of how the process would proceed which made us feel a whole lot more comfortable. Day one the roofing material arrived, about a week later a dumpster arrived and the next day a crew arrived, removed the old roof and put down the underlayment in one day. The crew cleaned up all debris and the dumpster was removed the same day. The dumpster initially had me concerned because I had seen other roofing companies in the the community leave their dumpster blocking the garage for what seemed like weeks. This made my day. Two days later the ********* came out, replaced the roof in one day and the whole process took less than a week. My wife and I Highly recommend Epic, their work ethic, personal attention and professionalism is hard to find nowadays especially in a disaster zone. High Five to Epic!

      Rip off pricing, low quality work.Epic roofing sucks! Paid over $82,000. For a new metal roof and they leave our house like this. When asked they said they don't do facia or soffit. I been in construction over 30 years and have had countless roofs done either on my properties or others and this is the first roof job I've ever seen that the roofer didn't do the facia and soffit let alone say they can't do it. Left the yard full of pieces and nails from the roof too. F epic, guys are a total joke and rip off.

      We very pleased with Epic Roofing. They did a great job right down to the clean up. *********************************** was our sales person and he was on the spot when ever we need him. ********************************* the sales manager was great . She is very knowledgeable about her job. Was very happy to be able to help us with the insurance part of it. We would recommend Epic roofing by far.
