      Horrible company who doesn’t stand by their work or care about their customers. Charged me over $500 to fix some shocks on my washing machine…. Which didn’t fix the issue after only a handful of uses. This company refuses to even come out to take a look for free to see why their repair didn’t work after only 3 short months. Their warranty expired only 10 days prior. The least they could do is take another look for free since they failed to properly fix and the machine is having the exact same issue it had before, but instead they are greedy and want more money to re-diagnose their mis-diagnosis. I had a handyman come out after their refusal, and he says the issue is definitely the shocks, so this company did not fix properly. Left a negative review on Google, and the response from the company proves what a horrible business they run…. Only made them look worse. Laughable.
