****, from DB Alarms, purchased and installed a defective security camera system at our home. We experienced numerous problems right from the beginning, including the fact that it sends multiple false alarms to our phone (65 in a 5-hour period, for example). The system has been identified by the manufacturer as defective, and the human detection function does not work. Instead, it picks up cobwebs, bugs flying by, tree branches moving in the wind, and sometimes who knows what. However, we cannot get our money back through the manufacturer because DB Alarms purchased it. DB Alarms has put us off for months, telling us that is how the system works, and refusing to give us our money back.We have complete timeline of events, repeated complaint texts to ****, non-working alarms sent to our phone, manufacturer emails indicating defective system, photos of the system and settings, DB Alarms invoice, our cashed check, and company information. We can provide all of these detailed attachments.

We still have not received compensation for the damaged product that was sold to us and installed by DB Alarms. This is his modus operandi - not responding to any customer service related issues. Next step will be small claims. Thank you for trying.
