    Counter Impressions - I wish I could give them a 5 ?? rating but I cant. Their **************** ***** !!! After several weeks of miscommunication to NO communication (whether it was via phone - I usually had to leave a message and never received a callback. Email - wouldnt go thru as the mailbox was full. I even tried FB PM and finally got an answer 3 days later but no phone call). They had issues w accepting 4 different credit cards (one was an ***************** because of cashback issues per QuickBooks. I finally went in and gave them a check. While I was there I talked with them about their lack of communication and got excuses. I inadvertently left my checkbook there and had to go back a few days later to pick it up. I stood in the Showroom crying to the lone employee that was there that all I wanted was some communication about my countertops. That was Friday morning, finally by Tuesday I called back myself and actually talked to a real person who did try and help me but that was after 3 weeks of minimal to NO communication. My countertops were finally delivered and installed. **** and ******* did a wonderful job. I told ***** that he was a God send after all the h*** I went thru dealing with the office. If you dont care about communication or customer service go ahead and use **********************************************. The price was right, the countertops were nice but the stress of those 3 weeks wasnt worth it. Peace of mind as they say is PRICELESS and I definitely didnt have that.
