    Nichols Rv was paid $6,676.81 by my insurance company. I paid my deductible. I brought my trailer back to my camp. The awning and grab bar are falling apart. I sent them two emails with pictures, no reply. I drove over there with my pictures asking when can this be fixed? I was told in a week, then they said no, make that two weeks. Two weeks have passed. I tried calling their office, no one answered,? Now I want to get a definite date and time. I feel I am being put aside as I had this same reaction when I called about the date my repair work would be done. I am from Wisconsin and I stay at a Umatilla FL Campground. They told me their completion date. I left Wisconsin to be here in FLORIDA but my trailer wasn't done. I had to get a hotel room. Repeat: I just want an appointment to get my awning and the loose grab bar.

    The customer stated in her complaint that we did not respond to her emails, however, the email were never received from the customer and when she called to inquire if we had received said correspondence, we could not find them and requested that the customer please come in and bring images of the issues, so we could attempt to determine exactly what the items in question needed and possible corrective measures. We explained that the images were not conclusive and we would make concessions to venture out to her camp site to see what we could do to assist. At this time, we also informed her it may be a few weeks to do so - as we were backed up with both in house and service call work. We told her that we would make every effort to get to her as soon as possible. The customer acknowledged the time frame and agreed with this solution. 

    The complaint also stated she had to wait for her unit to be completed and had to stay in a hotel.... . When she authorized the repair to be completed, she was provided information about the repair, and we also let her know that the parts were, at minimum, 8 - 12 week out. We were sent the items for repair and some of them incorrect, adding more time. Please note, that upon completion of the repairs, her trailer remained at our facility - completed, for approximately 4-6 weeks, when it was picked up by a third party. 

    We will provide the customer service on or before February 13, 2023. At which time we will make the necessary repairs or provide her insight as to what will be needed to remedy any issues.
